摘 要:教师专业发展是确保教育质量的重要因素之一,需要教师在知识构建、能力培养、教育理念、教学技能等方面不断成长。幼儿英语教师专业发展作为教师专业发展的一个分支,决定了幼儿英语教育的质量,关乎英语教育的成败。重视幼儿英语教师的专业发展势在必行。The professional development is one of the essential factors which can ensure the quality of education. Due to this, teachers need to improve themselves in the aspects of knowledge construction, cultivation of abilities, educational ideology and teaching skills. As a branch of teachers' professional development, the professional development of pre - school English teachers plays a decisive role in the quality of children' s English education and influences the prospect of English teaching in our country. Therefore, it is a tendency to em- phasize the professional development of pre - school English teachers.
