摘 要:为深入剖析航空维修人员的违章行为产生原因,基于计划行为理论(TPB),构建航空维修人员违章行为模型,并提出研究假设。通过对国内航空维修单位的维修人员进行问卷调查,采用结构方程模型(SEM)建模技术,对航空维修人员违章行为模型及研究假设进行验证。结果表明:违章行为态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制,对航空维修人员违章行为意向有显著正向影响;道德义务对违章行为有显著负向影响;过去行为对违章行为无显著影响;个体背景因素对航空维修人员违章行为均有显著影响;行为态度和主观规范对违章行为的路径系数比较高,转变态度以及强化规范是减少或杜绝违章行为发生的重要途径。An aircraft mechanics' violation behavior intention model was built and some hypotheses were put forward based on TPB,in order to prevent,explain as well as predict aircraft mechanics ' violation behaviors. To verify the intention model and hypotheses,150 copies of a questionnaire were delivered to domestic aircraft mechanics,and the data were analyzed through the SEM technology. The results show that factors including behavior attitude,subject norm,and perceived behavior control have a positive significant influence on the violation behavior intention,moral obligation has a negative significant influence on it,previous behavior has no significant influence on it,and individual background has a significant influence on it. The attitude and subject norm influence greatly violation behavior,and the important way of reducing violation behaviors is to change the attitude and strengthen norm.
