摘　　要：为了解健康服务行业的真实状况及相关健康服务专业人才培养现状,本研究团队采取文献查阅、问卷调查、个别访谈等多种调研方式和方法,收集来自岳阳市职能管理部门、行业一线、地方高职院校医卫类专业等相关数据,通过对有关调研数据的科学分析,找出健康服务专业相关人才培养过程中存在的问题,以期对地方高职院校的健康服务专业人才培养提出合理化的建议。In order to understand the real situation of health service industry in Yueyang and the status quo of the relevant health service professionals, this research team collected the relevant data from the functional management department, the industry line, and the local vocational medical college. It finds out some problems existing in the talent cultivation process of health service major and gives rationalization proposals about the talent cultivation process of health service major of local vocational colleges.
