摘　　要：HXD3交流电力机车的应用范围越来越广,与之配套的撒砂装置要求也不断提升。但受到机车本身、环境等因素的影响,HXD3机车很可能出现撒砂故障,对正常铁路运输生产造成较大的威胁。首先对HXD3机车的装置构成及工作原理进行分析,随后探讨故障现象及发生的原因,并提出相应的解决措施。HXD3 AC electric locomotive is widely used in the application, and the requirements of the equipment is also increasing. But by the locomotive itself, the environment and other factors, the HXD3 locomotive is likely to occur with the sand failure, the normal railway transportation production caused a greater threat. Firstly, the structure and working principle of HXD3 locomotive are analyzed, then the failure phenomenon and the reasons are discussed, and the correspondinz solutions are nut forward_
