电喷汽油机缺缸失火故障原因分析

摘　　要：在汽车市场售后服务过程中,我们经常接到经销商、服务商或用户反映汽油机故障指示灯常亮、冷车启动困难、怠速抖动等故障信息,通过使用故障诊断仪对汽油机进行检测,故障码对应所反映出的故障信息为电喷汽油机单缸或多缸缺缸失火。通过对电喷汽油机缺缸失火故障进行分析,了解掌握电喷汽油机产生缺缸失火故障的原因,以便能尽快排除故障,减少顾客抱怨。In the automobile market after sale service process, we often receive dealers, service providers or users reflect the gasoline engine fault indicator light, cold start difficulties, the idle jitter fault information, through the use of fault diagnosis instrument of gasoline engine fault information detection, fault code corresponding to reflect for EF[ gasoline engine with single cylinder or multi cylinder lack of cylinder misfire. The EFI gasoline engine misfiring misfire fault analysis, reasons for the lack of cylinder misfire fault generated understanding of EF1 gasoline engine, in order to eliminate the failure as soon as possible, reduce customer complaints.
