恒速控制系统在铝型材挤压机中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了新一代铝型材挤压机恒速控制系统,该恒速控制系统包括数字控制板、PLC、触摸屏及位移传感器等。通过检测发现挤压速度异常,输出反馈信号并对信号进行运算,根据运算结果自动调整挤压速度,实现恒速挤压。该系统的应用使整机运行更稳定可靠,显著提高铝型材挤压质量。This paper introduces the constant speed control system in system contains digital control board, PLC, touch screen, displacement be inspected, it will give a singal and operate it .Working-speed will speed control system to make the machine work smoothly and increasing aluminum profile extrusion machine, the sensor, and so on. When a unusual speed be adjusted to a constant speed. Constant the quality of the product.
