大学生创业孵化园的建设与探索

摘　　要：大学生创业孵化园是为大学生创业而设计的工作环境,是大学开展创业教育的实践基地,是新时代培育新创企业雏形的"子宫"。目前,很多高校积极开展创业教育,纷纷建设大学生创业孵化园,但是在建设的过程中也遇到了很多问题。该文详细介绍了石家庄经济学院大学生创业孵化园的建设情况,针对孵化园的人才培养模式、管理模式、运行机制和取得的成效进行了详细说明。Students＇ entrepreneurial incubator is designed for college students working environment which is conducted by the university practice base,the entrepreneurial education is to cultivate a new era prototype of the new venture＂womb.＂Currently,many colleges and universities active in entrepreneurial education,have students start incubator building,but in the process of building also encountered a lot of problems.This paper describes the construction of Shijiazhuang University of Economics students＇ entrepreneurial incubators for talent training mode,management mode,operation mechanism and achievements described in detail.
