摘 要:目的探讨新诊断T2DM患者的胱抑素C(Cys-C)与血清胰升血糖素、C-P的关系。方法选取无高血压的新诊断T2DM患者91例,检测血糖、HbA1c、血脂、Cys-C等,行100g馒头餐试验,测定各点血清胰升血糖素、C-P水平,对C-P、Cys-C、胰升血糖素行多变量方差分析,以Cys-C为因变量行多元线性回归分析。结果多元线性回归分析显示,FC-P(β=0.301,P=0.000)、餐后2h胰升血糖素(β=-0.002,P=0.002)和BMI(β=-0.015,P<0.023)是新诊断T2DM患者中Cys-C的主要影响因素。结论新诊断T2DM患者Cys-C与FC-P呈正相关,与胰升血糖素、BMI呈负相关。Objective To explore the relationship of cystatin-C(Cys-C)with C-P and glucagon in newly diagnosed T2 DM. Methods A total of 91 newly diagnosed T2 DM patients without hypertension were enrolled in this study.The blood glucose,HbA1 c,serum lipid,and Cys-C were measured.Standard steamed bread meals were given to all subjects and levels of serum glucagon and C-P were measured at different time points.MANOVA was adopted to analyze C-P,Cys-C and glucagon.Multiple linear regression analysis was carried out with Cys-C as dependent variable. Results Multiple linear regression analysis showed that FC-P(β=0.301,P=0.000),2hpostprandial glucagon(β=-0.002,P=0.002)and BMI(β=-0.015,P=0.023)were the main influencing factors for Cys-C in newly diagnosed T2 DM.Conclusion Cys-C is positively correlated with FC-P and negatively correlated with glucagon and BMI in newly diagnosed T2 DM.
