热敷腾包质量标准建立的方法研究

摘　　要：目的研究建立热敷腾包的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱鉴别法对方中艾叶、乳香、黄柏、赤芍、续断、桑寄生6味中药进行定性分析;采用醇溶性浸出物热浸法测定制剂中浸出固体物。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性无干扰,专属性强;浸出固体物≥2.0%。结论建立热敷腾包质量标准的方法有效可行,专属性强,重复性好,制剂质量稳定可控。Objective To research the establishment of quality standard of Refutengbao. Methods TLC was used in Foli- um Artemisiae argyi, Frankincense, Phellodendron, Radix Paeoniae rubra, Radix Dipsaci and the Parasitic Loranthus of prescription for qualitative analysis. Solid content in the preparation was determined by the method of alcohol leaching. Results The TLC spots were clear, the separation degree was good without interference. The method was highly specific. The extract was more than or equal to 2.0%. Conclusion The established quality standard of Refutengbao is feasible and effective, strong specific, with good repeatability, the quality of the preparation is stable and controllable.
