摘　　要：Φ460 mm作业区钢管自重较大,下料动作对料筐形成巨大冲击,强度无法保证。通过对Φ460 mm作业区收集料筐的重新设计改造,解决了钢管下料对原料筐的巨大冲击而导致的料筐损坏影响在线节奏的问题。将维护料筐时间成倍缩短的同时,降低了职工的劳动量,保证了现场的生产顺畅。In the work zone of Φ460 mm seamless tube,the dead weight of steel tube is so great that the impact on charging basket is great when blanking and the strength could not be guaranteed. The problems that the online rhythm influenced by damage of charging basket caused by great impact on raw material basket when blanking steel tube are solved through designing and reforming buffer charging basket in the work zone. As a result,the maintenance time for charging basket is shortened manifold,the amount of labor for staff is reduced and the smooth productions at field are guaranteed.
