摘　　要：在轧制过程中,轧制生成的二次氧化铁粉随着轧件振动,脱离轧件溢出,形成轧线粉尘污染。通过设计采用除尘水幕对氧化铁粉进行水洗喷溅及压制处理,达到一定的除尘效果,改善了工人的工作环境及周边的大气环境。In the process of steel rolling,the secondary iron oxide powder vibrates with the rolled pieces and then it is separated from them and overflows so that it becomes it pollution for rolling production line. With the design of dust removing water curtain,it of iron scale is washed,splashed and pressed so that it could be removed. As a result,the work environment of workers and the atmospheric environment around could be improved.
