芬太尼和舒芬太尼用于纤维支气管镜检查的比较

摘　　要：目的对比观察芬太尼和舒芬太尼对纤维支气管镜检查患者血流动力学和末梢血氧饱和度的影响。方法拟行纤维支气管镜检查的患者60例,随机均分为A组和B组(n=30)。在检查前10 min,A组患者静脉滴注芬太尼2μg/kg,B组患者静脉滴注舒芬太尼0.2μg/kg。分别记录用药前、镜检前、镜检中5 min、镜检后5 min患者心率(HR)、无创血压(NBP)和末梢血氧饱和度(Sp O2)。结果镜检中2组患者均有不同程度HR增快、BP升高,但组内比较其差异无统计学意义;Sp O2差异无统计学意义。2组患者HR、SBP、DBP、MBP和Sp O2在各时点比较差异无统计学意义。结论芬太尼和舒芬太尼用于纤维支气管镜检查均能取得很好的效果且疗效相似。Objective To compare effects of fentanyl and sufentanil on hemodynamics and oxyhemoglobin saturation on fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods Sixty patients were scheduled for fiberoptic bronchoscopy were randomly divided into A group and B group （n=30）. Ten reunites before examination, patients in group A received intravenous fentanyl （2 μg/kg） and in group B received intravenous sufentanil （0.2μg/kg）. The HR, NBP and SpO 2 were recorded before drug injection, before examination, 5 reunites during examination and 5 minutes after examination. Results Both groups, the HR and BP were significant increased in different degree and SpO2 were insignificant difference during examination. Compare with two groups, the values ofHR, SBP, DBP, MBP and SpO2 were insignificant difference in each time. Conclusion Both fentanyl and sufentanil are effective for fiberoptic bronchoscopy and there were similar effect.
