摘  要:目的了解医院阴沟肠杆菌的临床分布及耐药性,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2013年1-12月自临床标本分离的39株阴沟肠杆菌,采用美国MicroScan WalkAway 96PLUS全自动细菌分析仪及其配套的NC50检测卡进行细菌鉴定与药敏试验,采用WHONET5.6软件进行统计分析。结果 39株阴沟肠杆菌主要来自于痰液、分泌物和尿液,分别占56.4%、25.6%和10.3%;科室分布以儿科、ICU、烧伤整形科和新生儿科为主,分别占25.6%、18.0%、10.3%和10.3%;39株阴沟肠杆菌对亚胺培南、美罗培南、阿米卡星、左氧氟沙星、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦及环丙沙星的耐药率分别为10.3%、12.8%、20.5%、28.2%、30.8%、30.8%,对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物最敏感。结论医院分离的阴沟肠杆菌耐药严重,微生物室应加强对其耐药性监测。OBJECTIVE To understand the clinical distribution and drug resistance of the Enterobacter cloacae strains so as to provide guidance for reasonable clinical use of antibiotics .METHODS From Jan 2013 to Dec 2013 , totally 39 strains of E .cloacae isolated from clinical specimens were retrospectively analyzed ,then the bacterial i‐dentification was carried out by using MicroScan WalkAway 96 PLUS automatic bacteria analyzer of the United States and its matched NC50 detection card ,the drug susceptibility testing was conducted ,and the statistical anal‐ysis was performed with the use of WHONET5 .6 software .RESULTS Of the 39 E .cloacae isolates ,56 .4% were isolated from sputum specimens ,25 .6% were isolated from secretions ,and 10 .3% were isolated from urine speci‐mens ;as for the distribution of departments ,25 .6% were isolated from the department of pediatrics ,18 .0% were isolated from the ICU ,10 .3% were isolated from the department of burns and plastic surgery ,and 10 .3% were i‐solated from the neonatal department .The drug resistance rates of the 39 E .cloacae isolates to imipenem ,mero‐penem ,amikacin ,levofloxacin ,piperacillin‐tazobactam ,and ciprofloxacin were 10 .3% ,12 .8% ,20 .5% ,28 .2% , 30 .8% ,and 30 .8% ,respectively ;the strains were the most susceptible to carbapenems antibiotics .CONCLUSION The isolated E .cloacae strains are highly drug‐resistant ,and it is necessary for the microbiological laboratory to strengthen the surveillance of the resistance .
