非淋菌性尿道炎患者支原体属与衣原体属感染及药敏试验研究

摘　　要：目的对非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)患者支原体属和衣原体属感染进行分析,并检测其对抗菌药物的敏感性,为合理用药提供依据。方法选择2013年4月-2015年4月在医院检查并确诊为NGU的患者350例,分析患者病原体培养及药敏试验结果,数据采用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果 350例患者中检出沙眼衣原体(Ct)、解脲脲支原体(Uu)及人支原体(Mh)阳性共168例,总阳性率48.0%;支原体属阳性109例阳性率31.1%,其中Uu阳性91例、Mh阳性8例、Uu与Mh混合阳性10例;衣原体属阳性59例阳性率16.9%;药敏结果显示,Ct对多西环素敏感率最高为96.6%,其次为罗红霉素和交沙霉素,敏感率分别为55.9%和45.8%。结论 NGU感染患者的病原体主要以Uu为主,根据药敏结果建议,首选多西环素、红霉素及交沙霉素进行治疗。OBJECTIVE To investigate the Mycoplasma spp and Chlamydia spp infections in the patients with non‐gonococcal urethritis （NGU ） and observe the drug susceptibility rates so as to provide guidance for reasonable use of antibiotics .METHODS A total of 350 patients who were examined in the hospital and confirmed with NGU from Apr 2013 to Apr 2015 were enrolled in the study .The results of culture of pathogens and drug susceptibility tes‐ting were observed , and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS 19 .0 software . RESULTS Of 350 patients ,168 were tested positive for Chlamydia trachomatis （Ct） ,Ureaplasma urealyticum （Uu） ,and Mycoplasma hominis （Mh） ,with the total positive rate 48 .0% .Totally 109 patients were tested posi‐tive for Mycoplasma spp with the positive rate of 31 .1% ,including 91 cases positive for Uu ,8 cases positive for Mh ,and 10 cases positive for mixed Uu and Mh .Totally 59 patients were tested positive for Chlamydia spp with the positive rate of 16 .9% .T he results of the drug susceptibility testing indicated that the drug susceptibility rates of Ct to doxycycline ,roxithromycin ,and josamycin were 96 .6% ,55 .9% ,and 45 .8% ,respectively .CONCLUSION Uu is the predominant species of pathogen causing the infection in the patients with NGU ,and it is suggested that ,according to the results of the drug susceptibility testing ,doxycycline ,erythromycin ,and josamycin are the preferred antibiotics for the treatment .
