摘  要:目的比较不同消毒方式对介入导管室物体表面的除菌效果,为介入导管室清洁消毒提供参考。方法选择2015年1-2月医院导管室的两个手术操作间及其控制室,每个手术操作间及其控制室选取23个固定区域为采样点,对照组:前10d对两个手术操作间及其控制室采取常规清洁消毒,由保洁员完成;观察组:于后10d采取由护士实施的加强消毒措施。结果采用护士加强消毒方式后,各区域的染菌量(RLU值)均有下降,其中持物夹、平车床挡、电话手柄等8个高频接触区的RLU值下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频接触环境物体表面的随时清洁消毒工作护士能更好的完成,实现最大无菌预防屏障。OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of different disinfection approaches on sterilization of the object sur‐faces in interventional catheter lab so as to provide guidance for cleaning and disinfection in the interventional cath‐eter lab .METHODS Totally two operating rooms and their control rooms of the interventional catheter lab were en‐rolled in the study from Jan 2015 to Feb 2015 ,and 23 fixed areas in each operating room and its control room were selected as sampling sites .The control group was treated with conventional cleaning and disinfection for the two operating rooms and their control rooms in the first 10 days ,which was charged by the cleaning staff ;the observa‐tion group was treated with intensified disinfection measures in the late 10 days ,which was charged by the nurse . RESULTS The contaminating bacteria counts (RLU value ) were decreased in all the fixed areas after the intensi‐fied disinfection measures were taken by the nurse ,and the RLU value was significantly decreased in 8 highly fre‐quent touching areas such as clips ,bed blockages ,and telephone handles (P〈0 .05) ,with statistical significance (P〈0 .05) .CONCLUSION The cleaning and disinfection of the highly frequently touching object surfaces should be taken charge by the nurse so as to establish the maximum sterile barrier .
