补阳还五汤加味治疗老年冠心病稳定性心绞痛临床体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析采用补阳还五汤加味治疗老年冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者的临床效果。方法:选取我院在2012年1月-2014年12月收治的38例老年冠心病慢性稳定性心绞痛(气虚血瘀证型)患者,按照双盲法随机分为观察组(在常规西医药物治疗的同时配合补阳还五汤加味治疗)和对照组(仅仅采用常规西医药物治疗),将两组患者治疗后心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、中医证候疗效以及中医证候总积分情况进行对比分析。结果:观察组、对照组患者心绞痛治疗总有效率分别为89.5%、52.6%,观察组心绞痛疗效相对于对照组更佳(P<0.05)。观察组患者、对照组患者心电图治疗总有效率分别为63.2%、26.3%,观察组心电图治疗疗效相对于对照组更佳(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组中医证候治疗总有效率分别为84.2%、52.6%,观察组中医证候疗效相对于对照组更佳(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候总积分较治疗前均有显著下降(P<0.05),但是观察组患者治疗后中医证候总积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者采用补阳还五汤加味治疗的临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective： To discuss clinical effects of the Buyang Huanwu decoction on elderly patients with coronary heart disease stable angina. Methods： 38 cases of coronary heart disease were divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with the conventional western medicine plus the Buyang Huanwu decoction; the control group was treated with conventional western medicine. After treatment, angina pectoris, electrocardiogram curative effect, the curative effect of TCM syndrome and TCM syndrome total scores in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： The total efficiency of angina pectoris in the observation group and the control group were 89.5% and 52.6% respectively; and the observation group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. The total efficiency of electrocardiogram treatment in the observation group and the control group were 63.2% and 26.3% respectively; and the observation group was better （P〈0.05）. The total efficiency in the observation group and the control group were 84.2% and 52.6%; TCM symptoms in the observation group was better （P〈0.05）. The total score of TCM symptoms in two groups were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）; but TCM symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating coronary heart disease in elderly patients with the Buyang Huanwu decoction can receive good effects, is worthy of promotion.
