化腐生肌膏治疗臁疮60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察化腐生肌膏治疗臁疮的临床疗效。方法:将60例臁疮患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例外用化腐生肌膏纱布;对照组30例用0.2%雷佛奴尔黄纱条包扎,两组均配合全身对症支持治疗,8周后观察总疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率、腐肉脱落时间、创面愈合率、愈合时间、创面分泌物p H值、创面颜色积分、新生上皮出现明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化腐生肌膏治疗臁疮疗效显著、经济安全、使用方便。Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Huafu Shengji cream on ecthyma. Methods： 60 cases of ecthyma were randomly divided into 2 groups. 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with the Huafu Shengji cream. 30 cases in the control group received 0.2% Leifonuer （yellow yarn）. In addition, two groups also have received systemic symptomatic and supportive treatment. In 8 weeks, the total efficiency was observed. Results： The total efficiency, carrion off time, healing rate, healing time, pH value of wound secretions, wound color integration and new epithelial in the treatment group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Huafu Shengji cream was effective, affordable, safe and convenient on ecthyma.
