灌肠汤联合输卵管通液与体外热疗治疗输卵管积水64例

摘　　要：目的:观察在输卵管积水的治疗过程中使用灌肠汤联合输卵管通液与体外热疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年3月-2013年2月就诊于我院妇产科门诊,并通过输卵管造影提示双侧输卵管积水的128例患者,按照随机方法将患者分成对照组与观察组各64例,对照组给予输卵管通液术与体外高频热疗,观察组的主要治疗方法是中药灌肠汤联合输卵管通液与体外高频热疗,一个疗程为10d,治疗两个疗程,比较两组患者治疗后输卵管积水消退与通畅情况。结果:对照组有效率为78.13%,观察组有效率为89.06%,属于中西医结合治疗方法的观察组在治疗输卵管积水时的治疗效果优于对照组,两组患者临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药灌肠汤联合中输卵管通液与体外高频热疗治疗输卵管积水的临床疗效明显,且保守治疗是现代治疗输卵管积水的最佳治疗方法,经济、安全、有效,是一个易普及并且易被患者接受的中西医结合的治疗方法,值得推广应用。Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Guanchang decoction plus tubal surgery and thermo therapy on hydrosalpinx. Methods： 128 patients were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observed group, 64 cases for each. The control group received the Guanchang decoction plus tubal surgery; the observed group was treated with the thermo therapy more. A course of treatment was 10 days. Both groups were treated for 2 courses. After the treatment, hydrosalpinx dissipated and patency in two groups was compared. Results： The efficiency was 78.13% in the control group and 89.06% in the observed group; the observed group was better than the control group; there were significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Guanchang decoction plus tubal surgery and thermo therapy was obviously effective on hydrosalpinx; and conservative treatment is the best treatment for hydrosalpinx,with economical, safe, effective, easy to spread, and easily accepted for patients, should be widely applied.
