摘　　要：目的:观察中药治疗中年女性便秘的疗效。方法:治疗组36例以逍遥散合通幽汤加减治疗;对照组35例以聚乙二醇4000治疗;2周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为91.7%和68.6%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散合通幽汤加减治疗中年女性便秘有效。Objective： To observe efficacy of TCM on constipation in middle-aged female. Methods： 36 cases in the treatment group was given Xiaoyao San plus the Tongyou decoction; 35 cases in the control group was given polyethylene glycol 4000, 2 weeks as a course, for 2 courses. Results： The total efficiency was 91.7% in the treatment group, and 68.6% in the control group. The treatment group was better than the control group; the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xiaoyao San plus the Tongyou decoction treating constipation in middle-aged female shows a good effect.
