摘　　要：目的:观察男性尿道尖锐湿疣多功能电离子治疗术后,用中药五味消毒饮灌洗护理治疗的疗效。方法:治疗组20例应用中药五味消毒饮灌洗;对照组20例单纯应用5-FU注射液外涂。结果:治疗组治愈率为80%,复发率为25%;对照组治愈率为60%,复发率为55%。两组治愈率和复发率差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:男性尿道尖锐湿疣多功能电离子治疗术后采用中药五味消毒饮灌洗护理治疗是一种安全、经济、有效的治疗方法,对促进患者康复、减少复发起重要作用。Objective： To observe nursing efficacy of Wuwei Xiaodu Yin on male urethral condyloma by multi-function electric ion therapy. Methods： 20 cases in the treatment group took Wuwei Xiaodu Yin; 20 cases in the control group took 5-FU injection. Conclusion： In the treatment group, the efficiency was 80%; the recurrence efficiency was 25%. In the control group, the efficiency was 60%; the recurrence efficiency was 55% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nursing with Wuwei Xiaodu Yin on male urethral condyloma by multi-function electric ion therapy is a safe, economic, effective method, with promoting the rehabilitation and reducing recurrence.
