摘　　要：目的:观察针刺疗法联合胃复安穴位注射治疗顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法:将56例急性脑血管意外及重型颅脑损伤后顽固性呃逆患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例,对照组26例,对照组肌注胃复安,治疗组采用针刺疗法联合足三里穴位注射胃复安。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为65.38%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合胃复安穴位注射治疗急性脑血管意外及重型颅脑损伤后顽固性呃逆疗效更好。Objective： To observe clinical effects of acupuncture plus the Wei Fu’an injection on intractable hiccup. Methods： 56 cases were divided into the treatment group （30 cases） and the control group （26 cases）; the control group was treated with metoclopramide; the treatment group was treated by acupuncture plus the wei Fu’an injection. Results： The total efficiency was 93.33% in the treatment group and 65.38% in the control group, and the treatment group was better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating intractable hiccup by acupuncture plus the Wei Fu’an injection can receive a better effect.
