黄芪治疗2型糖尿病膀胱病的疗效及其护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄芪治疗2型糖尿病膀胱病(DNB)的疗效优势及护理措施。方法:将52例临床确诊为DNB的患者按分层随机分组法分为A、B两组,各26例。A组患者给予维持血糖、控制感染的常规治疗以及有针对性的护理。B组在A组基础上加用黄芪。比较两组患者的血糖及尿流动力学指标。结果:A、B两组总有效率分别为80.8%与92.3%,差异显著(x2=10.286;P=0.001)。结论:黄芪可有效缓解DNB患者的临床症状,改善尿动力学指标,提高患者的生活质量,有利于病情恢复。Objective： To investigate nursing measures and effects of Huangqi on DNB. Methods： 52 cases were randomly divided into the group A （26 cases） and the group B （26 cases）. Group A was given conventional treatment and targeted nursing. Group B was treated with Huangqi more. Blood glucose and urine flow dynamics in the two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency were 80.8% and 92.3% respectively; the difference was significant （x2=10.286;P=0.001）. Conclusion： Huangqi can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of DNB patients, improve urodynamic indices and the quality of life, benefit to the recovery.
