补肾壮骨汤联合中药熏药治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折98例

摘　　要：目的:研究补肾壮骨汤联合中药熏药治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效分析。方法:选取2014年1月—2015年1月我院收治的98例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者,依照数字法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例,对照组采用补肾壮骨汤进行治疗,观察组采用补肾壮骨汤联合中药熏药进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗3个月后VAS评分、Oswestry功能评分及并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组治疗后伤椎前缘高度百分比两组无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:补肾壮骨汤联合中药熏药治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折能有效改善患者的临床症状,有利于患者早日康复。Objective： To study the curative effect analysis of of treatment of 98 cases with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures by Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction combined with herbal fumigation. Methods： 98 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group; 49 patients in each group. The.control group was treated with Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction, while the observation group was provided Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction combined with herbal fumigation, after the effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results： After 3 months of treatment, VAS score, Oswestry score and complication incidence of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of the injured vertebral front height, P〉0.05. Conclusion：Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction combined with herbal fumigation can effectively improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, which can help patients recover as soon as possible.
