谈多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验临床应用

摘　　要：目的:研究并探讨多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验对冠心病的诊断价值。方法:选取2013年10月—2014年10月收治的36例疑似冠心病患者作为研究对象,对这36例患者进行多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验,分析试验检测的结果,并与平板运动心电图负荷试验的结果进行对比分析。将多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验的结果数据设置为观察组,将平板运动心电图负荷试验的结果数据设置为对照组。结果:观察组的敏感性、准确度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验用于冠心病的临床诊断中,其检测结果较为可靠,诊断准确性较高,可被广泛应用于冠心病的临床诊断中。Objective： To study and explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound Beckoning dobutamine stress test in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods： From October 2013 to October 2003 were 36 cases of suspected coronary heart disease patients as the research object, of the 36 cases of patients of dobutamine echocardiography echocardiography testing, analysis of test results and with treadmill exercise electrocardiogram stress test results were compared and analyzed. The dobutamine echocardiography cardiac load test results data set as the observation group, the results of treadmill exercise electrocardiogram stress test data is set as the control group. Results： The sensitivity and accuracy of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Dobutamine echocardiography map load test for coronary heart disease clinical diagnosis in, the detection result is more reliable, higher diagnostic accuracy, is widely used in the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease（CHD）.
