摘 要:为优化花生壳苯酚液化工艺条件,选取液固比(苯酚与花生壳的质量比)、液化温度、液化时间、硫酸催化剂用量为影响因素,以残渣率、甲醛结合量和游离酚含量为响应值,采用Design-Expert 8.0.6进行4因素5水平中心组合试验设计,通过响应面分析和工艺优化,获得了花生壳苯酚液化最佳工艺条件:液固比30,液化温度120℃,液化时间80 min和催化剂用量10 g(每100 g花生壳),测得残渣率为34.11%,甲醛结合量0.65 g,游离酚含量(质量分数)3025%,与预测值非常接近,可用于花生壳在木材胶黏剂制备中替代部分苯酚。Response surface analysis was used for the liquefaction conditions optimization of peanut shell liquefaction byphenol and concentrated sulfuric acid. Experimental design and data analysis were performed using by Design-Expert 8.0.6 software. A central composite design was used to investigate the effects of four experimental factors, namely ratio of liq-uid to solid(mass ratio of phenol and peanut shell), liquefier temperature, liquefier time and catalyst amount on residueratio, amount of combined formaldehyde and free phenol content of liquefaction products. The results showed that the op-timum liquefaction conditions were mass ratio of phenol and peanut shell 3.0, 120 ℃, 80 min and catalyst amount 10 g(per 100 g peanut shells). The residue ratio, amount of combined formaldehyde and free phenol content of liquefactionproducts under the optimum conditions were 34.11%, 0.65 g and 30.25%, which were almost equal to the predictablevalue and could provide a reference for peanut shell used in wood industry adhesives.
