自拟方辅助西医治疗糖尿病性脑梗死临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟方辅助西医治疗糖尿病性脑梗死临床效果。方法将糖尿病性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和中医组,其中对照组患者采用常规西医对症支持治疗,中医组患者则在此基础上加用自拟方辅助治疗;比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、神经功能缺损(CCS)评分、日常生活能力(ADLBARTHEL)评分、血糖指标水平、血液流变学指标水平及血清炎症因子水平等。结果中医组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医组患者治疗后中医证候积分、CCS评分及ADL-BARTHEL评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医组患者治疗后血糖和血液流变学指标水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医组患者治疗后血清炎症因子指标水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟方辅助西医治疗糖尿病性脑梗死可有效改善神经损伤症状体征,提高生活质量,控制血糖和血液黏稠度水平,并有助于降低炎症反应程度。Objective： To investigate clinical effects of self-made prescription combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetic cerebral Infarction. Methods： 110 patients with diabetic cerebral Infarction were chosen in recent years in our hospital and randomly divided into 2 groups： the control group（55 patients） with routine western medicine intervention used alone and the TCM group（55 patients） with self-made prescription treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group;and the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,CCS scores,ADL-BARTHEL scores,levels of blood glucose,blood rheology and serum inflammatory factor before and after treatment of both groups were compared. Results： The clinical efficacy of the TCM group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The TCM syndrome score,CCS scores and ADL-BARTHEL scores after treatment of the TCM group was significantly better than that of the control group and that before treatment（P〈0.05）. The levels of blood glucose and blood rheology after treatment l of the TCM group was significantly better than that of the control group and that before treatment（P〈0.05）. The levels of inflammatory factor after treatment of TCM group was significantly better than that of the control group and that before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Self-made prescription combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetic cerebral Infarction can efficiently improve nervous function defect symptoms,higher life quality,control the levels of blood glucose and blood rheology and be helpful to reduce the inflammatory degree.
