痰热清注射液膀胱冲洗治疗重型颅脑损伤患者导尿管相关尿路感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察痰热清注射液膀胱冲洗对重型颅脑损伤患者导尿管相关尿路感染的临床疗效。方法将90例重型颅脑损伤并发导尿管相关尿路感染患者按随机数字表法分为聚维酮碘组、呋喃西林组、痰热清组各30例。3组均在常规治疗、专科治疗及护理基础上分别加用聚维酮碘、呋喃西林、痰热清注射液行膀胱冲洗治疗。比较3组患者临床治疗效果和症状、炎症及尿检指标恢复正常时间。结果痰热清组总有效率96.67%分别优于聚维酮碘组和呋喃西林组的80.00%和76.67%(P<0.05)。痰热清组症状、炎症及尿检指标恢复正常时间均优于聚维酮碘组和呋喃西林组(均P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液膀胱冲洗对重型颅脑损伤患者导尿管相关尿路感染的临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Tanreqing Injection of bladder irrigation in the treatment of catheter-associated urinary tract infections in patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods：90 cases with severe traumatic brain injury complicated by catheter associated urinary tract infections were randomly divided into the povidone iodine group,the Nitrofural group,the Tanreqing Injection group,30 cases in each group. Three groups,based on the conventional treatment,specialist treatment and nursing,were added with poly dimension povidone iodine,nitrofurazone,Tanreqing Injection in bladder irrigation treatment. The clinical curative effect,the symptoms of inflammation,and urine indexes returning to normal time of three groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency of Tanreqing Injection group was higher than that of the other two groups;symptoms,inflammation and urine tests to restore the normal time were significantly shorter than those of the other two groups. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of Tanreqing Injection of bladder irrigation in the treatment of catheter-associated urinary tract infections on patients with severe traumatic brain injury is significant.
