摘 要:空气与煤粉的两相流参数的测量和控制对于提高锅炉燃烧效率、降低能耗、节约能源具有十分重要的意义。基于交流电耦合技术的风粉在线监测系统可取代常规的通过采样方法来获取粉体燃料的分布以及颗粒的品质,实现对制粉系统在不同工况条件下进行实时监测。使用该技术对某厂1号锅炉的一、二次风速、煤粉浓度进行一段时间的在线监测。数据表明3种运行工况下的煤粉颗粒速度的平均相对偏差、实测的煤粉质量分配数据与监测系统测量结果的偏差分别均小于3%。无论磨煤机处于稳态还是动态运行过程中,风粉在线监测系统均可以实时且较为准确地实现对风速、煤粉浓度(流量)的在线监测。For two phase flow parameters of air and pulverized coal, the measurement and control is of great signifi- cance for improving boiler combustion efficiency, reducing energy consumption and saving energy. Air and coal online monitoring system based on alternating current coupling technology can replace the conventional sampling method to get the distribution and the particles quality of powder fuel, realize the real-time monitoring of the coal pulverizing system under different working conditions. Using the technology to boiler no. 1 in one power plant,real-time on-line monitoring of primary and secondary air speed and pulverized coal concentration was made for a period of time. The data showed that the average relative deviation of coal particle speed and the deviation between the measured data and the monitored data of pulverized coal distribution are less than 3% respectively. Whether the coal mill is in the steady-state or dynamic running, the air and coal online monitoring system can achieve real-time on-line monitoring of air speed and pulverized coal concentration accurately.
