摘 要:抗肿瘤多肽具有分子质量小、特异性高、免疫原性低、生物利用度高等优点,且易于合成和改造,其在肿瘤治疗领域的应用研究近年来受到广泛关注。目前,已有多种抗肿瘤多肽及其衍生物上市或进入临床研究,对于肿瘤的临床治疗具有重要价值。综述抗肿瘤多肽在诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤新生血管生成、抑制肿瘤细胞生长和转移以及用作疫苗和药物载体等方面的研究新进展。In recent years, the researches on application of antitumor peptides, which have small molecular weight, high specificity, low immunogenicity, high bioavailability and are easy to be synthesized and modified, in the field of cancer treatment have received extensive attention. At present, a number of antitumor peptides and their derivatives have been launched or entered into clinical research, which are important for clinical treatment of tumor. The recent advances in research of antitumor peptides for inducing tumor cell apoptosis, inhibiting tumor angiogenesis, inhibiting tumor cell growth and metastasis and as vaccines and drug carriers were reviewed.
