摘 要:为了探明枣-棉间作模式对棉花生长特性的影响,以干旱绿洲区典型的枣-棉间作种植方式下的棉花为研究对象,采用剖面法分层取样得到棉花根系,再结合图像扫描分析方法,对比研究了单作、间作模式下棉花的根系分布及地上部的差异性,以及以产量对其进行经济效益评价。结果表明:种植模式对棉花根系发育及地上部生长有重要影响。单作棉花根系主要分布在水平0-20cm、垂直0-20cm范围内;间作棉花根系主要分布在水平0-40cm、垂直0-40cm范围内。间作单株棉花根长密度总量较单作高1.84%,总根质量较单作高15.47%。单作、间作棉花根长密度、地上部间均有显著性差异。由单作、间作棉花产量及经济效益对比可知,间作对棉花生长更为有利。In order to study the effect of jujube-cotton intercropping system on the growth characteristics of cotton, this test takes the cotton planted under the condition of iujube and cotton intercropping at Arid Oasis Areas as the research object, cotton root is stratified collected through profiling method, the root distribution and aboveground growth difference in the intercropping system are studied through image analysis methods, and the yield is used to evaluate economic benefit. The results show that planting pattern has important influence on cotton root system development and aboveground growth; monoculture cotton root is mainly distributed at 0- 20 cm in horizontal direction and 0-20 cm in vertical direction; the range of intercropping cotton root system is 0-40 cm in horizontal direction and 0-40 cm in vertical direction; the root density per plant and the total quality of root of intercropping cotton are 1.84 % and 15.47, respectively, higher than those of monoculture cotton root density and aboveground growth of monoculture cotton and intercropping cotton have significant difference; from the comparison of yield and economic benefit, intercropping is more favorable for the growth of cotton.
