摘  要:作物水源是SPAC(Soil Plant Atmosphere Continuum)和农业节水的重要研究对象。氢氧稳定同位素正逐渐被用于作物水源区分的研究中。对比了目前较常用的直接推断法、多元线性模型、耦合模型和吸水深度模型4种基于氢氧同位素的植物水源区分方法的适用条件、依据、准确性与精度等优缺点。结果表明:多源线性模型依据同位素质量守恒原理可以得出不同水源贡献率的变化范围;直接推断法只能定性描述主要水源而未考虑多种水源混合的情况;耦合模型和吸水深度模型可以给出贡献率确定解,但必须依靠相关的假设条件。对于超过3种水源的分析,上述4种方法都无法给出唯一且准确的贡献率值,需要进一步结合不确定性分析,土壤含水率、土水势分析和添加富集的氚同位素等方法来弥补。研究结果可为基于氢氧同位素的植水源区分的方法选择提供理论依据。Plant water source is an important element of the study on SPAC (Soil Plant Atmosphere Continuum) and agricultural water conservation. Hydrogen and oxygen isotope is being increasingly used in water sources partitioning. The precondition, theory basis, accuracy, precision and other advantages and disadvantages of four common methods, including direct inference approach, multiple-source linear model, coupling model and water absorption depth model, are compared in this paper. The results show that., the multiple-source linear model is based on the isotope mass balance principle to give the range of the proportional contributions of the water sources; the direct inference approach can only qualitatively distinguish the main water sources and do not take the situation of a combination of different water sources into account; the coupling model and water absorption depth model can give a unique solution on the premise of meeting some assumptions. In the case that the water sources are more than three, all of the four methods can not offer a unique and exact solution. It is needed to combine with the uncertainty analysis, soil moisture and soil water potential analysis and adding enriched tritium isotope to increase the accuracy of water sources partitioning. The research results provide theoretical basis for the selection of water sources partitioning methods based on using hydrogen and oxygen isotope technology.
