前列败毒散结合特色外治法治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎100例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察前列败毒散结合特色外治法治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)的临床疗效。方法将200例CBP患者随机分为2组,治疗组100例予口服前列败毒散+外敷前乐宁散+前列腺按摩治疗,对照组100例予口服抗生素+盐酸特拉唑嗪片治疗,4周为1个疗程,最多观察3个疗程。结果 2组治疗后慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)各项评分较治疗前均降低(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后NIH-CPSI各项评分较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05,P<0.01)。2组治疗后前列腺液中白细胞、红细胞及脓球计数较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后前列腺液中卵磷脂小体计数增加(P<0.05),且明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后前列腺液细菌培养转阴率29%,明显低于对照组(64%,P<0.01)。结论前列败毒散结合特色外治法治疗CBP,可改善排尿异常症状,增加前列腺液中卵磷脂小体,减轻患者前列腺炎症反应,提高患者的生活质量,促进前列腺腺体功能的恢复。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qianlie-baidu powder combined with characteristic external therapy on chronic bacterial prostatitis（ CBP）.Methods 200 CBP patients were randomly divided into two groups.100 patients in treatment group were treated by oral Qianlie-baidu powder,external application of Qianlening powder and prostate massage.100 patients in control group were treated by oral antibiotic and terazosi hydrochloride tablets.The treatment course was four weeks,and the observation of each group up to 3 courses.Results The scores of national institute of health chronic prostatitis symptom index（ NIH-CPSI） after treatment were decreased in two groups（ P〈0.01）,and the decrease in treatment group was lower than that in control group（ P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.The leukocyte,erythrocyte and pyocyte count in prostatic fluid after treatment were obviously decreased in two groups（ P〈0.01）.The lecithin body count in prostatic fluid after treatment in treatment group was increased（ P〈0.05）,and the increase was obviously higher than that in control group（ P〈0.05）.The negative conversion ratio of bacterial culture in prostatic fluid after treatment in treatment group（ 29%） was obviously lower than that in control group（ 64%,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The combined therapy of Qianlie-baidu powder and characteristic external therapy on the treatment of CBP,can improve the urination problems,increase the lecithin body count in prostatic fluid,relieve the inflammatory reaction,enhance the quality of life,promote the recovery of prostate function.
