爱婴球囊对比欣普贝生在延期妊娠引产中的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨爱婴球囊和欣普贝生在孕足月妊娠引产中的应用效果。方法选取我院自2013年7月至2014年7月间收治的孕足月引产孕妇140例作为研究对象,随机将其分成对照组(爱婴球囊组,70例)和观察组(欣普贝生组,70例),对比两组的孕妇宫颈Bishop评分、总产程、分娩方式、产后出血量以及新生儿结局等指标。结果两组孕妇的宫颈评分、顺产率、新生儿的并发症发生率等各项指标差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在孕足月妊娠引产中使用爱婴球囊和欣普贝生,均能够显著降低母婴并发症的发生,值得临床推广使用。Objective To compare the effects of aiying ballon and pepidil for induced labor of full-term pregnancy. Methods 140 cases of induced labor of full-term pregnancy admitted to our hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into control group （n=70, aiying ballon） and observation group （n=70, pepidil）. The maternal cervical Bishop score, total duration of labor, mode of delivery, amount of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal outcome were observed and compared between the two groups. Results No statistical difference was found between the two groups in the maternal cervical Bishop score, natural delivery rate, and incidence of neonatal complications （all P〉0.05）. Conclusions Both aiying ballon and pepidil for induced labor of full-term pregnancy can reduce the complications of mother and infant, which are worthy of clinical application.
