摘　　要：随着社会主义现代化建设及市场经济的发展，共青团工作也被赋予新的内涵与更高的要求，如何将共青团工作融入企业发展，为企业效益最大化、青年成长成才作出更大的贡献，既是难得的历史机遇，更是严峻挑战。本文以自身企业团组织开展科技创新工作为切入点，为企业共青团工作探索新的路径与方法。In re cent years, scientific and technological innovation is a key project in Chinese league system, which is an important work that encouraged young people, gather young people, promote the progress of science and technology, and promote the economic development. Scientific and technological innovation activities actualize in the work of the Communist Youth League, the Youth League work can be integrated into the enterprise development, for the benefit of the enterprise, and make contribution to the growth of young people. This paper described the Communist Youth League of the state-owned enterprises to carry out science and technology innovation significance, analysis advantage of the scientific and technological innovation in Communist Youth League in state-owned enterprises, and introduced the science and technology innovation practice in Communist Youth league of CETC49, explore new ways and methods of work in Communist Youth league in enterprise.
