摘　　要：在新的经济形势下，传统的人才培养方式在基本素质等方面受到了极大的挑战。探索新时期大学生创新能力培养的途径和手段，对提升高等教育教学质量和科技创新水平，对推动高等教育可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。致用虚拟学院是目前我国高等院校人才培养的一种有效的教育方式，以“致用学院”为组织形式，构建创新人才培养模式，加强对学生的创新意识、创新精神、创新能力培养。In the new economic situation, the traditional personnel training mode is a great challenge in the basic quality and so on. To explore the new era of training innovation ability of college students is the ways and means, to enhance the higher education teaching quality and the level of scientific and technological innovation, which has important practical significance to promote the sustainable development of higher education. Induced with virtual college is to cultivate talents in China＇s colleges and universities at present an effective education way, to＂in College＂as the organization form to construct innovative talents training mode, strengthen to student＇s innovation consciousness, innovation spirit and innovation ability training.
