摘　　要：为提升装备战时保障能力,对装备实战化保障基本问题进行研究,提出了装备实战化保障概念,阐述其内涵和外延,明确其研究目的、对象、范围和层次,丰富了装备保障理论体系。研究表明:信息化条件下装备实战化保障概念的提出,是对装备传统保障内涵、外延的丰富和补充,是在综合考量国际形势变化、战争形态演变、国家战略方针调整和保障本质规律的基础上,对装备战时保障能力生成方式的概括,具有其独特的内涵和鲜明的特征。In order to promote equipment support ability in wartime and study the basic problems of equipment actual com- bat support, the paper puts forward the concept of equipment actual combat support and elaborates its connotation and ex- tension, and it also confirms the study purpose, object, range and level, which has enriched the theory system of equip- ment support. The study shows that ： proposing the concept of equipment actual combat support is the supplement of conno- tation and extension of traditional equipment support; equipment actual combat support, with its unique connotation and bright characteristics, is the summary of equipment support ability generating modes in wartime on the base of considering international situation changes, war form evolution, national strategy policy adjustment and essential rules.
