摘　　要：为了加速推进车辆装备保障方式转变,提高一线部队的车辆装备保障能力,结合集团军部队实际,分析目前部队在车辆装备保障方面存在的突出问题,提出解决问题的对策。认为:推进车辆装备保障方式转变是今后工作的重点,也是军事斗争准备的着力点;转变装备保障方式的目的是提升装备保障体系能力,核心是指挥方式转变,重点是维修、供应、管理方式转变,基本途径是推进训练转变。For accelerating vehicle equipment support modes transformation and improving front-line troops＇ vehicle equip- ment support ability, after analyzing current prominent problems in vehicle equipment support according to group army＇ s reality, the paper puts forward some ideas： promoting vehicle equipment support modes transformation is the key work and focus of military battle; the purpose of transforming equipment support modes is promoting equipment support system abili- ty, the core is command mode transformation, the focus is transforming maintain, supply and management modes, and the basic approach is promoting training transformation.
