摘  要:以不同浓度微生物肥溶液浸泡思茅松插穗基部后扦插,并对思茅松缓苗期扦插苗施肥,研究其对思茅松扦插苗保存率及缓苗期生长的影响。结果表明:微生物肥浓度对思茅松扦插苗保存率及缓苗期生长的影响显著;以4 000倍的微生物肥溶液浸泡思茅松插穗基部后扦插时,效果最佳,其扦插苗的平均保存率达84.44%;以4 000倍微生物肥溶液施肥的效果也最好,其扦插苗的苗高、地径、根长、侧根数的平均值均达最大值,分别为19.02 cm、0.41 cm、15.95 cm、11.33条。To investigate the effects of the solution of microbial fertilizer at different concatenations on the preservation rate of the cutting seedlings of Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis and growth at slow seedling stage, taking P. kesiyavar. Langbianensis cuttings after different concentrations of microbial fertilizer solution soak, and fertilizing the cutting seed- lings at slow seedling stage. The results showed that: the microbial fertilizer is influence significantly on P. kesiya var. Langbianensis cuttings growth. The optimum concentration of the solution of microbial fertilizer for bathing the cutting base of P. kesiya var. langbianensis on roots for cuttings is 4 000 times, the average saving rate was 84. 44%. And the best microbial fertilizer solution effect for fertilization is also 4 000 times, the cuttage seedling height, diameter, root length, number of lateral root average reached the maximum values is 19.02 cm, 0. 41 cm, 15.95 cm, 11.33 bars respectively.
