摘 要:救援井与事故井空间相对位置的精确探测是救援井定向钻井工程的关键技术之一。为了引导救援井与事故井在井下设计深度高效连通,研究了基于单电极和基于三电极系救援井与事故井连通探测工具确定2井间距和方位的磁测距导向算法。在此基础上设计加工了基于单电极和基于三电极系救援井与事故井连通探测工具的原理样机并进行了矿场模拟试验,验证了确定救援井与事故井间距和方位的计算方法,并分析了电极系注入地层的交变电流大小、电极系与探管间距等因素对救援井与事故井连通探测工具测量精度的影响。分析结果表明,基于三电极系救援井与事故井连通探测工具探测精度相对基于单电极救援井与事故井连通探测工具更高,更适用于引导救援井与事故井的成功连通。研究结果对我国自主研发救援井连通探测工具具有重要的指导意义。Accurate detection of relative spatial positions of the relief well and the blowout well is one of the keys for directional drilling of the relief well. To ensure highly-efficient connection at designed depth between the relief well and the blowout well,the magnet ranging calculation methods to determine the distance and orientation of relief well to blowout well based on single electrode and three-electrode array are reviewed in this paper. Then,a prototype sample device is designed for the detection tool for connection between relief well and blowout well based on single electrode and three-electrode array,and it is tested by field simulation to clarify above calculation methods. The influences of some parameters,such as the magnitude of current fed by electrodes when injecting into formations and the spacing between electrodes and sensor,on accuracy of the detection tool are analyzed. The results show the detection tool to determine the connection conditions between the relief well and the blowout well based on three-electrode array has accuracy higher than that based on singe electrode. Relevant conclusions provide necessary guidance for independent development of detection tools for relief wells.
