摘 要:多级滑套配套使用的常规憋压球受压时易变形,水平井趾端小直径憋压球返排难度大,下入钻具进行磨铣会延长施工周期,增加施工成本与风险。鉴于此,通过分析国外用于多级滑套憋压球的可溶解金属材料发展现状及其溶解机理,研究了一种微观核壳结构金属材料。该材料主要以Mg金属为基体、Al金属为包覆层,同时添加一定含量的β相金属元素制成金属复合粉末,采用粉末冶金合成方式制备成坯体材料,测试材料抗压强度达到300 MPa。将坯体制备成38.1mm直径憋压球后测试其耐压性能达70 MPa,在93℃、质量分数3%的氯化钾溶液中溶解速率达0.2 g/h。研究成果可为解决常规憋压球现存问题并进行可溶解憋压球现场推广应用提供参考。The issues of the conventional pressure-hold ball for the multistage fracturing sleeve like compression deformation and difficult flowback of small diameter ball at the toe of the horizontal well usually lead to prolonged construction period due to ball milling,thus increasing operation costs and risks. In view of this,the development status of dissolvable metal material for multistage fracturing sleeve pressure-hold ball and its dissolving mechanism have been researched and analyzed. A microscopic core shell structure metal material has been researched. The material has a matrix mainly composed of Mg metal and a cladding layer of Al metal. The metal composite powder,produced by adding a certain content of β-phase metal elements into the material,is used to produce a rough body material by powder metallurgy synthesis. Then,the rough body material is tested to have a compressive strength of 300 MPa. The 38. 1 mm diameter ball made by the rough body material has a pressure resistant up to 70 MPa,and has dissolving speed up to 0. 2 g / h in 93 ℃ potassium chloride solution with the mass fraction of 3%. The research results could provide technical references for addressing the conventional pressure-hold ball issues and field application promotion of the dissolvable ball.
