摘  要:为提高油田经济效益,需对高含水油井采出液进行预脱水处理,轴向水力旋流器是较为理想的预脱水设备。借助Fluent对所设计的轴向水力旋流器内部流场进行了研究,得到速度场和压力场的分布情况,并基于此开展正交数值试验,探究不同结构参数对旋流器分离性能的影响,随后通过单因素数值试验考察了多个结构参数对分离性能的影响。研究结果表明,所考察的排油管直径、大锥角、小锥角、叶片高度、叶片螺旋升角和叶片数都将影响旋流器的分离性能,分析后认为最优的参数组合为排油管直径26 mm、大锥角25°、小锥角2°、叶片高度10 mm、叶片螺旋升角65°、叶片数为8。所得成果对于推动轴向水力旋流器的工业化进程有重要的参考价值。The axial hydrocyclone is ideal pre-dehydrating equipment for the oil well produced liquid to improve the oil field economic benefit. The inner flow field of the designed axial hydrocyclone is studied with the computational fluid dynamics software Fluent. Based on the resulted velocity and pressure field distribution,the orthogonal numerical experiment is conducted to explore the effects of different structural parameters on separation performance. Then,the effects of several structural parameters on the separation performance are studied by single factor numerical experiments. The results show that the discharge pipe diameter,large cone angle,small cone angle,blade height,blade helix angle and blade number will influence the separation performance. Analysis indicates that the optimal combination of parameters is 26 mm discharge pipe diameter,25° large cone angle,2° small cone angle,10 mm blade height,65° blade helix angle and 8 blade number. The study results could provide important references for promoting the axial hydrocyclone industrialization process.
