摘 要:为提高点火药的点火能力,降低其吸湿性,采用Mg-Al合金粉为可燃剂,高氯酸钾(KClO4)为氧化剂,硝化棉(NC)为燃烧性能调节剂,制备了Mg-Al/NC高能点火药,并对其性能进行分析。研究结果表明:Mg-Al合金粉、NC可较大程度提高点火药的点火能力,Mg-Al/NC高能点火药与黑火药相比爆热增加约100%,比容增加约30%,固体残渣率增加约30%,火焰感度、撞击感度和摩擦感度有所下降,吸湿性降低。In order to improve the ignition ability of ignition composition and reduce its hygroscopicity,the Mg-Al alloy powder was used as the combustible agent,potassium perchlorate(KClO4)was used as the oxygenant and nitrocellulose(NC)was used as the combustion performance regulator,the Mg-Al/NC high-energy ignition powder was prepared and its performance was analyzed.The results showed that MgAl alloy powder and NC could greatly improve the ignition ability of ignition composition.Compared with black powder,explosion heat of Mg-Al/NC high-energy ignition composition,increased about 100%,specific volume increased about 30%,and solid residue rate increased about 30%,and the flame sensitivity,impact sensitivity,friction sensitivity and hygroscopicity decreased.
