摘 要:介绍了采用控制爆破技术成功拆除钢筋混凝土双曲拱桥的典型实例。该桥采用定向倒塌爆破法,根据大桥的特点,合理布置炮孔并计算单孔装药量,搭设钻孔操作平台,采用孔内外延时起爆网路,设计不同的起爆顺序成功实现了桥墩、墩帽、立墙和拱脚、拱顶的依次起爆,同时做好爆破安全防护措施,使爆破飞石及爆破振速得到有效控制,取得了理想的爆破效果。The typical example was introduced that reinforced concrete double curved arch bridge was demolished successfully by controlled blasting technology.Directional collapse blasting method was applied to the bridge.According to the characteristics of the bridge,blasting holes were arranged reasonablely and the single hole charge weight was calculated,a drilling operation platform was set up,inside and outside holes millisecond blasting network was used.Pier,pier cap,vertical wall,arch foot and arch were blasted successfully.While blasting safety protection measures were well done,the blasting flying rocks and vibration velocity were effectively controlled,an ideal blasting result was achieved.
