摘　　要：新建地方本科高校要立足于地方经济建设,着力解决好"面向"、"结合"和"服务"的问题。对于当前面临的教育受众多元化趋向,必须有科学合理的办学定位,清楚地了解社会对各类人才的需求,根据教育受众的培养目标和知识结构特点,有针对性地制订人才培养方案,建立与之相适应的课程体系,合理配置教学资源,注重因材施教,培养高素质应用型人才,更好地为地方社会发展和经济建设服务。The new local universities,based on the local economic construction,should make efforts to solve the problems of its service orientation,its incorporation with the local society and its service for the local society. Facing the diverse tendency of the students,the new local universities have to situate their reasonable school-running orientation,have a clear idea about the social demands for various types of university students. According to the different education aims and different levels of the students,these universities should make proper personnel training plans,establish appropriate course systems and distribute teaching resources correspondingly,adopt proper teaching methods for different students,and cultivate high-level applicative talents to serve the development of the local society and economy.
