摘 要:[目的]提高胡桃楸嫩枝扦插生根效果.[方法]采用L9(3^4)正交试验方法,研究不同采稳时间、基质、激素、蔗糖质量分数处理对胡桃楸嫩枝扦插生根率的影响.[结果]采穗时间是影响胡桃楸嫩枝扦插生根的主导因子.7月中旬采条,经NAA 500 mg/kg和蔗糖5%处理后,以蛭石为基质进行扦插生根效果最好,生根率为66.66%.[结论]基于节约成本考虑,胡桃楸嫩枝扦插适宜组合为:7月中旬采穗+ NAA 500 mg/kg+ 2%蔗糖+蛭石.[ Objective ] In order to improve the rooting effect of Juglans mandshurica. [ Method ] Influences of cutting time, cutting medium, root-inducing regulator and sucrose treatment on rooting rate of J. mandshurica shoot cutting were studied by orthogonal experiment. [ Result] Cutting time was the dominant factor. Cuttings were collected in the middle of July, treated by NAA 500 mg/kg and sucrose 5%, vermiculite as cutting medium has the best rooting effect with 66.66%. [ Conclusion ] The suitable combination was cuttings in the middle of July, supple- mented with NAA 500 mg/kg, sucrose 2% and vermiculite.
