西部特色农产品加工业发展战略研究——以甘肃张掖为例

摘　　要：以甘肃张掖为例,运用SWOT分析方法对西部地区特色农产品加工业发展战略问题进行了探讨。分析表明,应充分利用西部地区独特的环境特征和资源优势树立其特色农产品优质、健康、安全的品牌形象,大力培育特色农业支柱产业和拳头产品,把特色初级产品变为特色加工产品,推动特色农产品加工业集群式发展。Taking Gansu Zhangye as example, the development strategy of agro-industry in western region were discussed by using SWOT analy- sis. The results showed that it should take full advantage of the unique environment characteristics and resource advantages of the western region to establish its characteristics of agricultural products quality, h^eahh, safety, brand image, cultivate pillar industries and high-quality products of char- acteristic agriculture, change primary characteristic products to processed characteristic products, promote local agro-industry cluster development.
