加强口腔肛周护理对白血病化疗后感染的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨加强口腔肛周护理是否可降低白血病化疗后感染的发生率。方法:将80例白血病化疗患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组患者行常规护理,研究组患者在常规护理的基础上加强口腔肛周护理。观察两组患者化疗后感染情况。结果:80例白血病患者在化疗过程中出现发热51例,明确诊断感染的35例,其中口腔感染13例,肛周感染12例,上呼吸道感染4例,肺内感染4例,其他2例。研究组患者口腔及肛周感染的发生率分别为5.0%、2.5%,明显低于对照组的27.5%、27.5%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者平均发热时间(7.1±3.3)d,明显短于对照组的(11.4±4.2)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=10.206,P<0.05)。结论:加强口腔肛周护理是降低白血病化疗后感染的有效措施。Objective： To study the strengthening crissum oral care whether can reduce the incidence rate of infection of leukemia after chemotherapy.Method： 80 cases of leukemia patients with chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and research group, 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were nursed with routine nursing, the research group Were nursed on the basis of conventional nursing to strengthen crissum oral care. the infection status of two groups of patients after chemotherapy were observed.Result： In 80 cases of leukemia patients during chemotherapy, 51 patients were on fever, 35 patients were diagnosed of infection, including 13 cases of oral infection, 12 cases of anus week infection, 4 cases were upper respiratory tract infection, pulmonary infection in 4 cases, the other had 2 cases.Research group of the patient＇s mouth and crissum infection rates were 5.0%, 2.5%; significantly lower than the control group（27.5%, 27.5%）, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Research group for an average of patients with fever （7.1 ± 3.3）d, significantly shorter than the control group（11.4± 4.2）d, the difference was statistically significant（t=10.206, P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Strengthen crissum oral care is an effective measure to reduce the infection of leukemia after chemotherapy
