摘　　要：在新型城镇化背景下,以人为本的＆quot;人的城镇化＆quot;受到越来越多的关注.家政业流动妇女作为农业转移人口中的重要组成部分,既有作为农业转移人口的共性问题,也有其作为女性群体特有的生命周期及家庭角色所带来的特定问题. 文章以家政业流动妇女为研究对象,从其城市生活的经济状况,权益保障,社会交际,行为适应,身份认同等五个方面着手,分析其城市融入过程中存在问题及原因,并从物质改善,精神接纳及社会保障三个方面提出促进这一群体融入城市的建议.In the context of new urbanization, people-oriented ＆quot;people＆#39;s urbanization＆quot; by more and more attention. As an important part of the agricultural transfer population,the domestic industry is acommon problem of the agricultural population,as well as the specific problems of the female population. This article analyzes the problems and reasons of the urban integration process from five aspects： the economic situation of domestic industry, the economic situation of urban life, the protection of rights and interests, social communication, behavior adaptation, identity recognition,etc..
