摘 要:利用不同种类的橡胶进行丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)本体聚合,通过对聚合过程监控、聚合物微观组成和相结构的表征以及物理性能的测试,研究了橡胶种类对ABS本体聚合的影响。结果表明,橡胶和单体组成的聚合体系黏度及橡胶相的接枝反应对本体法ABS性能影响很大。相比含苯乙烯的丁二烯橡胶,低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶(低顺橡胶)具有更快的聚合速度,所制得的聚合物摩尔质量更大,摩尔质量分布更宽,橡胶相颗粒粒径更大,包裹有更多的苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)相,冲击强度更高,但会降低表面光泽度,以及会出现冷流问题。含有苯乙烯链段的丁苯橡胶或线型嵌段橡胶,聚合体系的黏度降低,不会出现冷流,所制备的ABS树脂中橡胶相颗粒粒径较小,会提高制品的表面光泽度,材料的冲击强度下降明显。The acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin was prepared by bulk polymerization process using different types of butadiene-based rubbers, and the effects of rubber type on the bulk polymerization of ABS were studied through the monitoring of polymerization process, the characterization of polymeric microstructure and phase structure, and the testing of physical properties of ABS resin. The results indicate that the viscosity of the polymerization system composed of rubber and liquid monomer and the graft reaction of rubber phase impose great influence on the properties of bulk-made ABS resin. Compared to styrene-contained butadiene rubber, low-cis butadiene rubber has higher polymerization rate, and the prepared ABS resin has higher molecular weight larger distribution of higher molecular weight and bigger particle diameter of rubber phase containing more styrene acrylonitrile (SAN) phase, which resulte in higher impact strength but lower surface gloss and the problem of cold flow. For the case of styrene-butadiene rubber or styrene-butadiene linear block rubber, the viscosity of polymerization system is decreased without cold flow, and the particle diameter of rubber distributed in ABS resin is smaller, which leads to significantly decreased impact strength and improved surface gloss.
