摘 要:以丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)高胶粉(HRP)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)为基体树脂,在基体树脂中加入苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN树脂)及适量相容剂,采用同向双螺杆挤出机制备出了具有优异力学性能的ABS/PBT合金。研究了HRP含量、SAN含量、相容剂种类及含量对合金性能的影响。结果表明,随着HRP含量的增加,ABS/PBT合金的冲击性能提高,拉伸性能、弯曲性能及热变形温度明显下降;SAN含量对合金力学性能影响很大,少量SAN就会对合金性能产生明显的负面效应;相容剂能够明显改善基体树脂的相容性,复合相容剂的加入,不仅能够改善基体树脂间的相容性,而且可有效提高合金的性能。所制备的ABS/PBT合金力学性能接近于市售聚碳酸酯(PC)/ABS合金,可部分取代PC/ABS合金。With acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) high-rubber powder (HRP) and polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin as matrix resins in which styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (SAN) and compatilizers were added, the ABS/PBT alloy with good properties was prepared by using a co-rotating twin- screw extruder. Effects of HRP and SAN content, types and content of the compatilizer on properties of the ABS/PBT alloy were studied. The results show that the impact strength of the ABS/PBT alloy increased, of which the tensile strength, flexural strength and heat distortion temperature decrease with increasing HRP content. The SAN content has a big influence on the mechanical properties of the ABS/PBT alloy. Only a small amount of SAN can reduce the mechanical properties of the ABS/PBT alloy. The compatilizer obviously improves the compatibility between HRP and PBT. The compound compatilizer not only improves the adhesion between these two matrix resins, but also boosts the mechanical properties of the ABS/PBT alloy. The mechanical properties of the ABS/PBT alloy are close to that of commercially available the PC/ABS alloy, which can partly replace PC/ABS alloy.
